This location places it near a nice, nearly new shopping center (approximately 2 miles away on College Blvd.) and other quality shopping, recreational sites, colleges and within 3 miles of a major Medical Center.

Living in Emerald Lake Village means that you're never far from fine restaurants, quality shopping, movies, live theaters, theme parks and other recreational sites. Its close proximity (approximately 1 mile) to Highway 78 provides easy access to other North San Diego cities, to the I-5 (coastal) and I-15 (inland) corridors to San Diego and to the rest of California.
